FOMED INDUSTRIES INC (formerly called Fortune House Medical Ltd) is a wholly owned private business registered in Qianjiang city, Hubei province on March 28, 2000, and has its subsidiary Medtex Holdings Corporation registered as an offshore firm in Hong Kong. During its first 6 years of struggle, Fomed has evolved into a diversified business professionally focusing in single-use disposable medical and dental products.As a leading manufacturer and supplier in the healthcare profession, Fomed has established

a manufacturing and distribution complex of 60,500 square meters of covered land and more than 28,000 square meters of covered built area following international recognized GMP-guidelines.

As the first one who received and passed FDA factory audit in the province in March 2004, and again as one of the first ones in China in the early 2006, Fomed ETO/steam sterilization capabilities are licensed by FDA, therefore we are authorized to export sterilized disposable medical products directly to customers in the USA.

Fomed has built its business focusing on high quality, cost-effective manufacturing, efficient shipping, and better customer services. Today our hundreds of products are sold in a dozen of countries but mainly in developed western countries of Europe and North America, which are increasingly becoming recognized for its quality consistency, safety and efficacy of patient treatment worldwide. Thus the company has gained wide reputation among customers for its products'reliability, for its services being efficient and effective, for the refined packaging, and for the safety of its in-house sterilization processing.

In 2000 when the company was established, Fomed achieved less than US$ 600,000 of annual turnover in the first fiscal year. In 2006 when the company is 6 years young, Fomed can expect over US$ 10 millions of annual turnover, of which 100% of its products are for export. Combining of the well organized right team, research & development, production and sterilization capabilities, the corporate infrastructure launches us into the magnificent prospects in 21st century.
